MoneyMasterminds’ Plan Management services for providers include:

  • Weekly processing of invoices to and payments from the NDIS. Funds are distributed to providers within 48 hours of all information needed being received from the NDIS
  • Proactive identification and rectification of any issues raised by clients, so that invoices are paid in a timely fashion
  • Proactive resubmission of rejected/short paid invoices by the NDIS. This ensures that invoices are paid in full in a timely fashion.
  • The ability to quarantine funds for a provider based on receiving a participant/nominee signed service agreement. This allows funds to be set aside for the providers use.
  • Quick response to emails and phonecalls to ensure all issues are sorted and invoices are claimed.
  • Reconciliation of provider statements
  • Ability to work with third parties to ensure flexibility of funds and the ability to claim promptly.
  • Liaising with the NDIS with respect to the viability of requested services
