At MoneyMasterminds we work closely with providers to ensure that the right services are provided to participants by the right teams, and that both participant and provider are happy with the arrangements made. We work with third parties, OT’s, physiotherapists etc to ensure all assessments and reporting are completed so invoices for AT can be claimed efficiently.

MoneyMasterminds’ Support Coordination services for providers include:

• Assistance with working closely with whoever is claiming the invoices to ensure that they are claimed in a timely fashion.

• Proactive identification and rectification of any issues raised by clients

• Assistance with setting forecasts for services to be rendered and service agreement implementation with clients

• Liaising with the NDIS with respect to the viability of requested services
